Watercolor and Ink Pen
I’ve worked in watercolor since my undergraduate days at the University of North Texas. I was lucky to study watercolor with Rob Erdle at the University of North Texas. While I paint in acrylic and oil I continue to come back to the medium of watercolor as a preferred vehicle for my artwork.

I enjoy the transparency of the medium and watercolor’s ability to convey a sense of the ephemeral. The progression of working in watercolor and building up veils of color appeals to the process-orientated artist in me.
