Ink Pen on Mylar
The ink pen on mylar works are large in scale. Each one takes about four to six months for me to finish.

I like the obsessive quality of the line work and the pattern created with the ink pens. I find the repetitive mark-making relaxing.

For me the start of one mylar piece inevitable segue ways into an ongoing studio project. I have not completed many of them.

In 2011 I started experimenting with micron pen on vinyl wall appliques. The wall appliques I've worked with are white and they disappear when they are installed on a white gallery wall. The wall appliques are transportable wall drawings.
